Shipping Policy

Custom-made processing time
TNicole wigs and bundles are prepared to order. Please allow approximately 10–14 business days for processing before shipment. Business days exclude weekends and observed holidays. During high-volume periods, additional time may be required and any material delay will be communicated by email.
Transit and delivery estimates
The 10–14 business-day timeframe is the custom-making and processing period before carrier transit. Available shipping services, rates, and carrier estimates are displayed in Stripe Checkout. Carrier delivery estimates begin after processing is complete and are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Complimentary shipping
Orders above $250 qualify for complimentary shipping. The eligible service and estimated delivery window are shown in Stripe Checkout.
Tracking
A tracking email is sent after the carrier accepts the package. Tracking activity may take time to appear after the first carrier scan.
Address changes
Review the shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Contact support as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
Carrier delays and delivery issues
Carrier delays, weather disruptions, and missed scans can occur after a package leaves TNicole. Contact support with your order number if tracking appears stalled or the package is marked delivered but cannot be located. TNicole will help review the available carrier information and next steps.
