Refund & Return Policy

Return window

Eligible stock items may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. A return must be authorized before any item is shipped back.

Return eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition. Wig lace must remain uncut, and all original packaging and included materials must be returned.

Final-sale and non-returnable items

Custom units, altered products, clearance items, opened hygiene products, and items with cut lace are final sale unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Requesting a return

Email support@shoptnicole.com with the order number, item, and reason for the request before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Return instructions and any eligible shipping label will be confirmed during authorization.

Inspection and refunds

Authorized returns are inspected after receipt. If approved, the eligible refund is issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the credit.

Defective or incorrect items

Contact support promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the order. Include the order number and clear photographs so the support team can review the issue and provide the appropriate next steps.
